An extraordinary pair of antique earrings of the finest provenance, retailed by Garrard & Co of 112 Regent Street, London, one of Britain's most celebrated jewellers and holder of the Royal Warrant as Crown Jewellers.

Each earring centres a vivid round ruby of rich, deep red, surrounded by a sumptuous halo of old European-cut diamonds set in platinum with characteristic milgrain detailing, a hallmark of the finest jewellery making of the Edwardian and Art Deco period.
