UK Returns

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know of your intention to return your item(s).

We recommend returning your item via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to ensure it reaches us safely. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items returned by uninsured or untracked delivery if they are lost or damaged in transit.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped to be eligible for a refund.

Please note:

  • Once a ring has been resized, altered, or adjusted by a third party, it is no longer eligible for return. This also applies to rings resized on your behalf prior to shipping.
  • All jewellery sold by 375 Vintage is thoroughly inspected prior to listing. As our pieces are genuine vintage and pre-worn, normal age-related characteristics may be present and form part of their unique charm.
  • We are not responsible for loss of precious stones or damage occurring after purchase. However, if an issue arises, please get in touch and we will always do our best to assist with repair guidance where possible.
  • We do not offer compensation for repairs or alterations carried out by third parties.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

International Returns

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return your item(s).

We strongly recommend returning items via DHL Express International or another fully tracked and insured courier, as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

When returning items internationally:

  • Please clearly mark the parcel as “UK RETURNED GOODS” to avoid unnecessary customs charges.
  • Any import fees incurred due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
  • International customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.
  • For orders placed outside the UK and EU, refunds will be issued less any unrecoverable payment processing or currency conversion fees charged by payment providers. Alternatively, customers may choose to receive the full order value as store credit.

Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
